Program Intern

Education
BA in History and Ethnicity, Race, and Migration, Yale University (expected graduation 2021)

Kathryn (she/her/hers) became a member of the Social Innovation Forum (SIF) team in May 2019. Through her work as a program intern, Kathryn supports the Director of Programs and Senior Program Coordinator during the beginning of the application process for the 2020 Social Innovator Accelerator. Her work involves planning and leading information sessions, communicating with and answering the questions of applying organizations, and assisting in the nomination process.

Kathryn is a rising junior at Yale University, studying History and Ethnicity, Race, and Migration. She is passionate about educating communities about issues of diversity and inclusion, and she also loves learning about histories of ethnic studies activism at college campuses around the United States. She is so excited to learn more about how she can apply the lessons she has learned in her history and ethnic studies courses to a new sector—that of nonprofit advocacy and advising.
