Next-Gen/Emerging Leaders in Philanthropy: February 26

Collaborative Track Info Session

-

One Congress Street, Suite 113 | Boston, MA 02114

In an effort to respond to the interests of next-gen donors, the Social Innovation Forum is convening a group of collaborative funding partners to support a "Social Issue Track" in SIF's 2018-2019 Nonprofit Accelerator. SIF will engage these donors in a collaborative track process that will allow for engagement, learning and leveraged impact.

In February, SIF will be hosting two info sessions about Next-Gen funding opportunities. Join us for this one on February 26 from 12:00-1:30 pm.

2018 – 2019 NEXT-GEN COLLABORATIVE TRACK OPPORTUNITY

With feedback from community members, we have broadly defined this year's track to focus on youth ages 0-22 in greater Boston and their families. Discussions among the track partners, facilitated by the Social Innovation Forum team, will specify the particular issues the track will address. Participating in the collective process will leverage the Social Innovator Accelerator to direct resources towards organizations that are addressing critical issues in an effective and innovative way, and that need the help of the Social Innovator Accelerator to achieve greater impact.

Read more information on the collaborative track here.

WHO CAN PARTICIPATE IS THIS COLLABORATIVE FUNDING OPPORTUNITY?

This track is designed for a range of individuals interested in or in the process of becoming more involved in their families' philanthropy. The opportunity is also open to newer donors interested in learning about pressing issues in greater Boston and supporting their most effective solutions. A next-gen is not limited to people of a particular age group, but rather individuals interested in deeper involvement in philanthropy.
