InnerCity Weightlifing (ICW) uses fitness training as a tool to reduce violence and promote professional, personal and academic achievement among urban youth. ICW empowers young people with the confidence to say no to violence and yes to opportunity.
We are looking to welcome eight Massachusetts nonprofits into the 2017-2018 Social Innovator Accelerator cohort. Small to mid-sized organizations, with budgets between $100,000 - $2 million, working in one of this year's eight social issue areas are eligible to apply.
