Janet Anderson (she/her/hers) brings 20 years of nonprofit leadership experience to her role as a Social Innovator Consultant. She is passionate about developing emerging and executive leaders in education, nonprofit and social service organizations. Through her leadership coaching and consulting practice, she offers services to support clients in reaching their goals. Coaching, strategic planning, board relationships, program development & evaluation, management and organizational culture are all areas of expertise. Prior to establishing her own consulting practice, Janet worked for 18 years at EdVestors, a Boston-based education nonprofit, working to drive change in urban schools. She is a graduate of the nonprofit MBA program at Boston University, a certified coach through Coach Diversity Institute, and serves on the English Learners Task Force of the Boston School Committee.
