Candidate for BA in Anthropology and Sociology/Global Health (Expected Graduation 2023)

Lenny (he/him/his) joined the Social Innovation Forum (SIF) in June 2021 as a Summer Program Intern. In this role, Lenny will work with nonprofit innovators, business leaders, philanthropists, and a variety of other social innovation partners in this capacity.He will be part of a group of three interns conducting research on social impact organizations in Greater Boston, reaching out to nonprofit leaders and potential applicants for the Social Innovation Forum’s flagship Social Innovator Accelerator, managing and evaluating applications, and planning and coordinating meetings and events. Depending on his interest, need, and skill, Lenny may be able to write email marketing materials, design and update online and social media content, or work on another particular project alongside SIF staff members. 

Lenny is currently a Posse Scholar at Denison University, a small liberal arts university in Granville, Ohio. He is studying Anthropology and Sociology/Global Health for his bachelor’s degree. Lenny is enthralled by the prospect of making a positive difference in the world, volunteering for nonprofits such as LEAP for Education, the Northshore Community Development Coalition, and Community Refugee & Immigration Services throughout the majority of his life. Lenny worked on a variety of service projects at these organizations, including community enrichment, youth body positivity, and refugee and immigration implementation. Lenny intends to expand his experience in the non-profit sector this summer with SIF.
