Carolina (she/her/hers) joined as a Program Intern for the Social Innovation Forum (SIF) in May 2018 through the Forest Foundation. She is assisting in the recruitment and support of nonprofit organizations for the Social Innovator Accelerator program. This role includes market scans for organization nomination, application outreach and management, and event programming.

As an incoming senior at the University of Richmond, Carolina is pursuing a degree in Leadership Studies from the Jepson School of Leadership Studies with a minor in Psychology. Through Jepson, she has had an opportunity to work with the greater Richmond community, specifically with the Richmond public school system. Carolina is also a dual-citizen and has spent time supporting villages outside of her home in Lima, Peru through community development. Upon graduation next spring, she hopes to pursue a career in the nonprofit sector, further developing her passion for positive social impact.
