Candidate for a BS in Sociology with minors in International Affairs and Cultural Anthropology (Expected Graduation: Fall 2022)

Brooke (they/them/theirs) joined the Social Innovation Forum (SIF) in July of 2021 as SIF's Fundraising & Special Events Co-op through Northeastern University's Cooperative Education program. At SIF, Brooke will be working with the Development team to maintain donor records, support grant writing, and assist with planning special events including the Warm Winter Welcome. 

Brooke is currently in their fourth year at Northeastern University, pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Sociology with minors in International Affairs and Cultural Anthropology. They previously completed a co-op at United South End Settlements (USES) as a Development and Marketing Coordinator. At USES, Brooke managed donor contributions, including gift entry, donor reports, and financial reconciliation. They also helped implement new online processes for donor outreach and fundraising solutions amidst the COVID-19 pandemic. Brooke is a community organizer at Northeastern, holding executive board positions for the past three years for Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) and Northeastern Sexual Health, Advocacy, Resources, and Education (SHARE). They are passionate about collective liberation and are thrilled to support SIF in creating positive social change in the Greater Boston community.
