Yvrantz Celestin

Yvrantz (she/her/hers) joined Social Innovation Forum (SIF) in November 2017 as the organization’s first Operations Manager. In this newly created role, she is responsible for monitoring, managing, and improving the efficiency of the organization’s support services, including information technology, human resources, procurement, finance, and event planning. Additionally, Yvrantz manages the day-to-day operations of SIF’s coworking and collaborative space, serving as the key liaison to a dozen nonprofit organizations that operate in the space.

To this role, Yvrantz brings eight years of experience working with nonprofit organizations and higher education institutions on financial literacy. She has broad operational and managerial experience developed through roles in both established organizations and start-up/entrepreneurial environments. Yvrantz currently serves as Vice President of the New England Franco Haitian Youth Federation. She loves serving her community, regularly volunteers with many of the organizations with which SIF works, and hopes that her work with SIF will have a greater impact on social issues in greater Boston.
